I am thrilled to be joining the team at CT Wellness! I have been practicing manual therapy for more than 15 years with prior years dedicated to childbirth education and patient advocacy. I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy soon after becoming a massage therapist and fell in love with the work.
The mysteries of human biology and the "Mind, Body, Spirit" relationship, never ceases to amaze me....AND... CranioSacral Therapy never ceases to amaze me.
CranioSacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release facilitates the person's ability to heal at each level of the Mind, Body, Spirit triad. It is that very ability in each of us that inspires me every day to offer CranioSacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release to those with physical and emotional pain and dysfunction.
Additionally, I have a special interest in Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, a connective tissue disorder, and have adapted CranioSacral Therapy techniques to accommodate the needs of the person with EDS. I regularly consult with and educate my colleagues about EDS and founded the CT EDS Support Group and CranioSacral Therapists for EDS facebook group.
