Karen Kravec, LCSW
Karen Kravec is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in numerous therapeutic milieus with diverse client populations. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Providence College followed by her Master’s Degree from Fordham University in 1998.
In order to provide thorough, results driven care to those she serves, Karen has chosen to specialize her practice over the last ten years. In office Karen continues to work predominantly with those experiencing anxiety, often following a traumatic event. Outside her office, Karen conducts multifaceted trainings for coaches, athletes, parents, and leagues regarding sports and mental health.
Karen strives to provide unique, individualized, and effective treatment. Blending her knowledge gained from experience with the constant pursuit of the most powerful brain-based therapeutic interventions, Karen utilizes several modalities: EMDR, Brainspotting Level I, II, III, TF-CPT, CPT, and the inclusion of the Neurosequential Model.
