With over 25 years of clinical experience, Emily Fritz, LCSW, offers compassionate, personalized therapy designed to help adults, especially seniors navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience. Licensed in Connecticut and New York, Emily brings deep expertise from a career spanning hospital acute units, emergency room, subacute care, extended care facilities, home care, primary care, and outpatient mental health clinics.

 

Emily specializes in supporting individuals through grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions. She blends evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and purposeful strategies to help clients uncover “why” behind their struggles and create a path
toward healing and growth.

 

Emily’s approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. She focuses on the mind-body connection, helping clients build healthy habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise while integrating breath work and stress-reduction techniques for holistic wellness.
