Her true passion is in guiding others learn to to appreciate and respect their bodies and how to properly fuel them with not just the foods that are deemed “healthy” but also the foods they love and enjoy.

Her practice is rooted in educating clients in gentle nutrition, which is based off the ideology that all foods fit into a balanced lifestyle. Clients will never be asked to give up the foods that they love but help them choose the foods that make them feel at their best physically and mentally. She works closely with clients to make realistic lifestyle changes that are sustainable in the long term, as opposed to quick fixes. Together clients will delve into their relationship with food and factors that impact their food choices to assist them in stopping the miserable cycle of restrictive dieting and learning to instead properly nourishing the body and mind. Rebecca follows a collaborative and client-centered approach, where treatment is personalized to the clients individual needs and goals. As a dietitian she is here to guide clients in learning to listen to their bodies again, instead of following all these rules and restrictions around food and health. There are countless “diets” out there and it becomes absolutely overwhelming to interpret all the health information made available. She practices to help you better understand all that medical jargon to best apply it to your life. She believes in guiding you to create a positive relationship with food and body image so you can feel confident without guilt or stress over your health goals.
