Emotional Freedom Technique with The Tapping Practice

The Tapping Practice is a small, private Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping group practice located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  The Tapping Practice’s two certified, experienced practitioners, Victoria Cryder and Kay Flynn, have been committed to their mission of keeping hearts open and healed through tapping since 2012, when they came together as a result of their work helping their community in the aftermath of the tragedy at Sandy Hook.

EFT Tapping is a technique that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology with startling results. It’s simple to learn, child-friendly and now recognized by the American Psychological Association as an effective treatment for stress and trauma. Highly effective for stress resiliency, pain relief, panic attacks and more, EFT Tapping provides exceptional brain-based somatic relief techniques for trauma and stress-related issues experienced by people of all ages.

The Tapping Practice practitioners are all AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques) International Certified Practitioners.  AAMET is the largest professional EFT association worldwide, founded in 1999 to promote and uphold standards of training for EFT.
